We do file PPO insurance plans as a courtesy to our patients however we do so as an out-of-network provider. We will estimate your out of pocket costs based on information provided by your insurance company, and will expect payment of your portion of these charges on the day each service is provided. You are responsible for any amount not paid by your insurance.

- We ask that as a general rule you do not bring children with you to your visits, for their own safety and in order to allow us uninterrupted time to focus on your care. If you are able to bring a friend or family member to watch your children during your appointment, that is appreciated. If you have special circumstances arise as they sometimes do, please call the office ahead of time to see if we can accommodate you.
- If you must cancel an appointment we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice. This will allow us time to schedule someone else that can benefit from that treatment time.
- Cell phones are a part of everyday life, but in our office we try to limit their presence. We ask that you turn off your cell phone while in the office, or set it on the vibration mode. If you absolutely must take a call, please step outside so as not to disturb our other patients.
